1. Who we are
HouseFlow HQ is operated by Sanders and Associates, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). You can reach us any time at support@houseflowhq.com or by mail at 3941 Park Drive, Ste 20-523, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762.
This policy covers houseflowhq.com, our checkout pages, and the member area where course and download content is delivered.
2. What we collect
When you buy something. Your name, email address, billing address, and what you ordered. Your card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
When you join our email list. Your email address, and your first name if you give it.
Automatically, when you visit. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and rough location derived from your IP. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
When you contact us. Whatever you put in your message.
3. Why we use it
To take your order, deliver your files, and give you access to what you bought.
To answer support questions and process refunds.
To send you email about your purchase, and marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in every message.
To measure how our site and ads perform, and to show ads to people who look like our customers.
To detect fraud and keep the site working.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share it with the companies that run parts of this business:
SamCart — our storefront, checkout and member area.
Stripe — payment processing. Also Afterpay and Klarna if you choose to pay that way.
Kit — email delivery.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising and measurement.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Google — website analytics.
5. Advertising and tracking, specifically
We use the Meta Pixel on our site, and we also send purchase information to Meta server-to-server through their Conversions API. That includes a hashed — scrambled and not readable — version of your email address, plus the value of your order. Meta uses it to tell us our ads worked and to build advertising audiences.
Under California law this counts as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. You can opt out — see Your choices below.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how people move through the site.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use them to keep your checkout working, to remember you between visits, and for the analytics and advertising described above.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential ones, checkout will not work.
7. Your choices
Email. Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing message. We will still send you receipts and delivery emails for things you bought.
Opt out of ad sharing. Email us at support@houseflowhq.com with the subject “Do Not Share” and we will exclude you from advertising audiences. You can also turn off tracking in your Meta account settings and use your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor.
Access, correction and deletion. Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, fix it, or delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking.
8. If you are in California
The CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of those rights.
In the last twelve months we collected the categories described above, for the purposes described above. We have not sold personal information. We have shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as described in Advertising and tracking.
To make a request, email support@houseflowhq.com. We will verify it is you by replying to the address on your order, and respond within 45 days.
9. If you are outside the United States
We operate from the United States and your information is processed here. If you are in the UK, EU, or another region with data protection law, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to object to how we use it. Email us and we will honor those requests.
10. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
11. Security
We use reputable providers, and payment data is handled by Stripe under PCI-compliant conditions. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise it is.
12. Children
This is not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
13. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will email anyone on our list.
